Childbirth Education.

Sign up here for the Childbirth Education course to be held January 23, 30, February 6 & 13 from 6:30pm-9pm.

Class will be held in-person at 3603 Seneca Ave., Los Angeles (Atwater Village).

Learn the basics of what physiological birth looks like, what options you have, how to advocate for yourself when/if needed, making a birth preference “plan”, how to prepare mentally and physically for birth , all about pain and different ways to cope with it, preparing for postpartum and so much more.

Please note, this class is designed specifically for people planning a hospital birth. If you are planning an out of hospital birth, contact us! We can talk about setting up a private, or alternatively, we would happily offer a group class if there is a demand.
